I’m about to start an internship at IBM for UX Research. I’m super excited about it, and was wondering if anyone could tell me about the design culture there or how the company is for designers? So far online I’ve only heard about the company from consultants or software engineers. For more reference I’ll be working in Austin.

Hi guys, Need your opinion!!! How is Innovaccer as compared to ZS in terms of work, wlb etc? I have been working with zs from more than 3 yrs but not liking here anymore, everything's seems to be monotonous and i feel a lot has been changed in ZS culture post covid. It isn't the same as it was earlier.. :(

Hi all, recently I had an interview at ICF. Would it be a wise decision to move to ICF from Deloitte?
My main motivation behind this move is to move out of tech consulting & get into strategy/management consulting roles.
Would be great if someone working at ICF could help me with few clarifying questions.
Thanks!

Consider it as additional duration you'll be putting in your resume against that company whilst enjoying the honeymoon period.
Request your manager to waive off your notice period. In that case, you can leave on the same day after completing your exit formalities.
Agree to recover the notice period from your full and final settlement. Get that in writing and present it to your future company to see if they agree to buy out the notice period.

Get fired.
Take a little risk. Get offer from a company who is atleast ready for 2 month's notice. Then simultaneously try to get other offers during notice and also request the first company to extend the joining date.
Request for waive off, if not possible - work for not more than 8 hours a day and not on weekend. Complete as many courses you can from Udemy or Coursera to master the concept.
I'd say keep looking for better offers if they exist and absolutely chill !! Don't do much. Just chill :)
