My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

Anyone here have some good leads for sending a colorist reel out? Just cut a new one and recently incorporated. Trying to get the ball rolling for when things pick back.

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

How did you tell your manager you’re pregnant? Did it affect pay/promos? And then, subsequently, how did you start letting colleagues know you’re pregnant? Feels awkward to just randomly drop the news in a meeting! I work remotely so it’s hard to tell by video :) I’m 21 weeks and feel like I’ve waited as long as I can to at least notify my manager. I was waiting to negotiate my salary for next year but per company trend that doesn’t get set until January (manager reviews are written in Dec).

Would taking a director of legal operations position (jd preferred or a plus) make it hard to get back to practicing in a firm or another company?

I have started my career with TCS at L0 support then moved to application support, had been on bench and gradually got into middleware development with Oracel SOA.

Its been 7 years and still feel master of none and dont have a clear path/vision on my career.

Joined TCS at 3.15 CTC and current CTC is 6.5

I dont know what path to choose and get a good CTC (by the way what is the industry avergare CTC for 7 YOE ?)
