Totally depends. Depends on the recruiter, the hiring manager, the urgency to fill the role. Don’t get caught up in set timelines. I just got an email 2 weeks after my initial to start scheduling next rounds. My job now I applied, interviewed, received offer within a week.

For me it took about 2 months from application to first day (steps were recruiter reached out for initial phone screen, then 4 interviews, then offer, then negotiations, then 2 weeks and exit at current company, short break, start new company)
A lot of times, the larger the company, the slower the process. Don’t dwell on it and just keep rolling and sending resumes out. Think of the interviews as practice. Never know what’ll happen.
This is all extremely helpful feedback, thank you all! Even though the timing seems to vary widely, just knowing that it varies widely helps give me some comfort
