I'm applying to be a full-timer in a company I'm contracting in, with my design director's endorsement. But ultimately it will be the HRs decision.

I need to make a portfolio deck of the work I've done for the past few months. Do you think it will be too much if I create a web page within my own website with a password? I want to make an impression but I'll keep the design clean and simple. But if a web page is too show-offy maybe I'll just stick with a deck.

Question, when you know you made it to the final round and have had nothing but glowing feedback from the interviewers. How long do you expect to wait for an offer, rejection, follow up? This is a mid-senior management position which I am well qualified for. I am just new to the tech space.

Side note, we talked compensation and start date already.

i cant digest new information quickly enough for consulting. my bosses feed me all this info that I relay to the clients within the next 30 mins. Cant answer their detailed questions. this job isn’t for me and im happy to be in the interview process. but it’s hard to keep up with both and my chest is in constant knots

So I had my Senior Partner interview scheduled for today and It went like
For every question he asked me and I give my answer he’s like - “Nice, very good and awesome”.
I didn’t hear anything else in the entire convo and 45 min discussion was concluded in 30 mins.
