Nope, irresponsible post, CoLab has had round after round of layoffs and reorganizing, this is a post to try to get the slave labor they want. The day after last round the freelance roles started to be posted, for 35-60/hour!!
Not too good, especially since we’re still in the dark about so many things. Benefits are worse and layoffs are eminent. It was great while it lasted though. All we can do now is wait, which can be very stressful.
Waiting to see what’s in my “separation agreement” later today.

On the one hand, I haven't been laid off (yet). On the other hand, for those of us fortunate enough not to be culled right before the holidays, the "benefits" (particularly PTO/holidays) and potential mandatory RTO are atrocious.
I was kind of hoping to be laid off so I wouldn’t have to look for a new job while still having a job. Ugh.

So much uncertainly about IPGers who are remote. What do we think is going to happen?
My omnicom office gave people that lived more than 60 miles from an office notice last year that they had ~3 months to relocate to a city with an office or they would be terminated. No relocation packages offered - thinking it will be the exact same for IPG.

Why do people keep suggesting CoLab?? CoLab laid off 500 people in 4 to 5 rounds of layoffs this year. They are CONSTANTLY laying people off and very unstable. There is likely to be another round before the end of this year.
There is zero upside in this for IPGers. Zero.
