A. Senior associate - PwC Sdc internal audit offering 30 percent hike from current + joining bonus 2L
B. Analyst - JPMorgan - control Management Corporate and treasury risk function - 23 percent from current

Looking for tips from seniors. I'm at A1 level at a litigation firm, stepping out of the deer-in-headlights phase. With the Partners assigning work to me in teams of 2-3, there's potential for growth. But with the sheer amount and depth of work on each case it's challenging to take on a more "adult" role. I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo. I’ve only experienced bad BO when I’m stress sweating (presentations, put on the spot, etc.) or on my period. Even if I’m sweating while exercising, I’ve never smelled.

However, more recently I’ve been noticing it’s all the time. I haven’t changed my diet, my job or anything life changing to affect my hormones/health.
