If this is a legitimate concern of yours I don’t think you’d be a good fit or value additive for a mba program
US schools are woke. Other mba programs don’t seem to be.

During orientation, there will be a lot of virtue signaling and woke discussions, but 90% of the internationals at least view it as bullshit and just go through the motions to get through with it. It’s unavoidable at most top schools now. But after orientation most people drop the fake act and just avoid the people who are woke because they cause too many problems. None of the people from LATAM or Asia believe in this, maybe half of the american citizens in my class actually practice it because the military cohort is obviously also against it. If you’re worried about getting canceled, I suggest you only hang around the international students until you can feel out who’s going to be a problem among the Americans.
There was a ton of it a few years ago when I attended. It has only gotten worse.
However, what Associate 1 says is 100% true. Find your people and don’t even bother with all the blue hair folks.
This way you’ll have a great time and get to enjoy your MBA
I'm not really concerned, have been in the corporate world long enough to keep my head down and get on with the job. Which is what I believe 80% are doing anyways. Those who are genuinely into this stuff seem to be some of the most untrustworthy and hypocritical people you can come across in my experience.
Was more interested in how much this is part of the actual syllabus. I'm from a stem background where it's harder to shoehorn politics into the material
Exactly - most people find this stuff ridiculous (how can they not?), everyone just keeps their head down and goes with the motions. Im expecting the same to continue in MBA program. Good luck to you!

Less woke compared to other graduate schools but still woke, especially if you attend top schools.

Other top programs weren’t woke, but I’ve heard US mba programs are… IMO woke culture has no space in business school. Take your ideallogies and cancel culture elsewhere… inb4 I’m a capitalist pig

Found Darden to be incredibly non-political and folks respected people with diverse opinions. Much better than law schools and undergrads.
This is a complete lie. Only certain views are “respected” otherwise you will be cancelled. but chimes comment couldn’t be more spot on
