Tommorow i have l1 round of EXL for business analyst profile. Please suggest me what should i prepare the most? How is BA interview in exl

Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

Queries:
1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
Is that true ?
