PharmaACE How's PharmaAce as a company? Recently been reached out for a mid-senior lvl role in Hyderabad (guess they have some new project planned). What are the pros and cons of working here? (Heard there's non-competent clause as well)
PS. Read some reviews on Glassdoor/AmbitionBox and they didn't sound promising. Wanted to know from the people itself.

There indeed is a non-competition clause with regards to firms like Zs, Axtria, etc if I remember. It's alright. Wlb on an average seems better than ZS (I used to work at ZS). But if it's a new project you'll probably be on a grind (currently working on a project full time and also on a new PoC and it's been busy af). Pay is kinda on par with ZS but the appraisal system is trash (you get bonuses instead of direct increments to your base). This is probably the worst thing and you should keep this in mind.
With it being a much smaller firm, it does seem way easier to grow if you are performing well though.
PharmaACE is a typical lala company. There no culture what so ever. Just running as their sethji says ( ex-PA)
Same here, many people have raised wlb and culture concerns. I know people that work there who seem extremely overworked
Wlb remains a hot topic at ZS as well but atleast I've found the leadership and team leads trying to keep it in check. The misalignment in timezone mandates the late log offs but ain't the PharmaAce leadership showcasing any concerns towards the feedback.
Also, if you're aware how many positions are there in consulting track?
