I got a offer of 26lpa(23.5 fixed and 2.5 variable) from genpact and 21 lpa (20 fixed , 1 joining) from epam, not sure which one should I join. Please if someone can advice me which i should join keeping ressession in mind. Thanks in advance@

Hi fishes, I got letter of intent from Wipro from the recruiting person on 28th march and given april 28th joining date and i have also accepted it

Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

Can i get any clarification about this Would i get offer letter before that joining date or else they have gone with other candidate?

I am currently in an IT internship position (making pretty solid money considering) and following this summer I will stay on part time during my senior year (discussing a full-time job offer after already). I am already serving notice period and last 20 days remaining. I am having LTI offer letter but the joining date mentioned in that is incorrect. When I called HR to change the date she told me to first accept the offer letter and resign from the current company and give me the screenshot of your resignation mail. So I did as she told.
