Complete the survey and be diplomatic in your responses. At least then the reminders will stop.
Don’t want to do it? Set a rule in your email to auto-forward them to a folder and mark as read.
I am always of the opinion to recommend taking the survey. Will it change much, probably not. Out leadership are cowards and won’t rock the boat 90% of the time out of their own safety. The rest are just yes people to JS. If this offends you, you are probably part of the issue.
The reality is if you don’t take it you shouldn’t be able to complain.
The poor results need to be thrown in their faces over and over again. It because they won’t fix it but because they need to be reminded of how far this company has fallen in an attempt to remind them that they are failing their people.
I would do it. At least you can say you tried. Best case the use your feedback.
It's probably the only opportunity to influence anything at the company, even if it likely won't be taken seriously. You might as well try, though don't say anything that might make you a target for layoffs.
From my previous experience, the feedback they get on the surveys just makes the management team defensive and double down so either don’t take the survey and wait for it to expire or lie on the survey to get by because honesty either won’t get you anything or will get you in trouble
No don't fill it out ever, it's a way for them to fire you, you don't know if it's really if they can find your identity.
