HRBPs should conduct level wise meetings with different employees so that they can speak out their concerns and they should be addressed.E.g. A batch of L1 employees meeting with a generic HRBP along with a neutral mediator. I have seen such meetings happening in different companies and people's concerns were addressed. However it seems quite difficult to be conducted here as people have trust issues with HR.There is a common saying that the HR is there to protect the organization not employee

I agree with you, for healthy environment these meetings should happen.
Today there is no process to share the manager feedback. L2 & above are king here, no 360 feedback, no skip level connect, no HR connect.

My manager is a boss not leader who just pass the instructions, no mentorship, no guidance, political and toxic, he even doesn’t participate in technical discussions. I joined DTDL assuming product based but product mindset’s people not exists here, even worse than service with no intent to work and no passion. Can someone help how can I give my manager feedback?

I agree with you. HR policies don't really help employees. They just keep making something new for pinkwashing. Everyday there's something new - lgbt policy, prayer room, promotion criteria, parking app changes, insurance wallet....... But they never do anything real to collect L2 and above feedback. Almost all L1 people hate their upper managers ... And nobody has a voice.

Yeah thats what i have also heard that people are scared to share their plight or problems that they are going through. And its useless to reach out to HRs because ultimately the complaints would go to the department head which is Director . What if a certain L1 or L2 employee has some escalations for a senior or a director ? Where should it be raised then?

Even if you have valid concerns against anyone, HR will play a sympathy card with you and later on plays an agent card to the manager and encourages the same behaviour. The most famous people manager who host town halls has been the biggest liar in these cases. They have created a fake tool to share concerns and same is used against the people who shared their concerns. It’s a circus!

4 toh hrbp hain n 1200 employees. Do you think it is possible to do connects. Leaders and ems should.do skip.conmects

funny

HR ko trust nahi karte, manager ya leader ko direct feedback dene ki himmat nahi hai, lekin Fishbowl par aakar rona bhi hai… 😐
Bhai aise life nahi chalegi, aur aage bhi nahi badh paaoge.

Crib maarna band karo aur kaam achhe se karo!

Bro - let your work be so great that your manager, leader and HR would start seeing you as a “star” .. and by default, you will be treated better!

This bowl is getting super toxic with few people using it to settle their personal agenda! It seems a handful of few people want to behave like cry babies and take out frustration on people here. Bhai Rona band karo and move on in life! HRBP nahi pasand, manager nahi pasand toh move on from company …..stop crying and making it toxic for people who want to genuinely help others through this bowl!

Its human nature bhai. How many times are you grateful for your good health. Most people don't realise that they are lucky. Only those who are sick wish to get healthy again. It's good that you are focused on positivity. Let others express what they feel.
