Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. 1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

I have a offer from wolters kluwer with 12fixed and 10% variable and 1Lpa JB and I got selected in Innova solutions as well and I came to know they have a good budget
I will be asking for 18LPA Fixed, if by chance I get it , will Wolters revise my offer letter as it being a product based company I am leaning towards them
