Leave and take your clients. Don’t entertain their counteroffer they’ll surely make.

There are almost zero remote roles that pay market, so be realistic with your expectations, but if your base + bonus is meaningfully less than ~1/3 of your collections then definitely get out. Your year and COL don’t really matter if you’re in a low-rate practice in terms of assessing whether you’re being treated fairly, so you should evaluate based on % of collections. If you’re around 1/3, your comp is probably about right and the issue is something else - hours are too low, rates are too low, etc. That’s what you should look at to decide whether to walk. Maybe they are taking advantage of you, or maybe they just don’t have the right platform for you.
I had nearly the same exact situation and left about a year ago. I could feel myself growing resentful and not wanting to work hard, which I hated because I love practicing and want to be a good lawyer. I now make over $300k, work harder, and enjoy it. Multiple associates left my old firm after me. The old firm is just now looking at adjusting salary. I genuinely wish them well and hope they figure it out!
