they will likely align you in the mid range for SC ~ close to $115k
D3- I doubt . I know a few 2nd year SC with 110K so I don't think he will jump to 115K

Could be $110 but I'll recommend you negotiate. New SCs out of school are hired at $135k at least

@D2 - incorrect. I'm tech and I got $135k. So did many others that joined with me.

Yeah. But you can still use it for negotiating. After all you both are going to be staffed on similar roles and making same kind of money for Deloitte. If you are 1 or 2 like OP said, they should be happy to at least try and get close to the out of school salary. Also think about what you would make if you moved to a diff consulting firm as an SC - close to $135. Don't sell yourself short - this is the perfect opportunity to negotiate
D3 - S&O and tech are billed out to clients at different rates. Threshold for GPM for S&O projects is much higher than for Tech... Also, s&o is behind target, but tech is not, so that will help for YE raise.
D4 - I was comparing tech to tech. My point is that if your peer s&o or tech is getting 135k, then you can use that for negotiating your bump. Both s&o n tech get => $135k as starting SCs after school.
