I am a Manufacturing engineer degree apprentice in my first year. I am currently on 8.60 an hour along with the Level 3 machinist apprentices. I do not think this is fair as I apply myself far more and feel there is more expectation on myself to pick up skills much quicker and to a better level. All apprentices go up to 10.50 in September, I feel I should be raised more than the others especially to match degree apprenticeship average wage. How should I approach this?
