My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. I have a return offer from a big 4! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as an intern and have no complaints. Would love to go back.

However, a bit confused if I should try and recruit with MBB’s or if I should accept the big 4 offer already and take the sign on bonus?
