Don't offer up any ideas. Just ask her what she thinks, document it and send it via email to her as confirmation and to cover your behind. You can survive if you disconnect from seeking any form or iota of validation or acknowledgment of your skills, experience or intelligence from her.
It's not a you problem. It's a her problem. To acknowledge your presence as a competent attorney means she has to admit her bias is wrong. Some people would rather die trying to prove their bias is correct. Don't fight that fight to the death with her. Just fly under the radar and start looking for matters/positive internal connections elsewhere.
Leave that team. Her bias is showing and nothing you do will fix it. More likely she might damage your reputation if you try to stick it out, by telling others you’re not good at your job. Find a way to slowly transition away from that team ASAP.
I’m supposed to be on this matter until the end of the year, but trying to mitigate the effect of, what I expect to be her negative reviews, by working with other people as much as possible.
At one point though, she did tell the client that I’m just temporary and filling in for another team member (when I’d actually been told I should plan to lead the case), so I will not mind if I am booted off when that team member returns.
