If I get a referral, how likely is it that I will get an interview? (Given that I have been in consulting for a couple of months and that I am not a student anymore that can recruit through campus)

I'm actually a Registered Nurse; I've emailed support to find out how to change myself from a physician to RN. Are there any nurses on here who were able to get their foot in the door doing CDI without having CDI experience? I've been a nurse; overall, for 16 years. My clinical background is in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Infectious Disease with the last 10 years being away from bedside in Pharmacovigilance. Is it possible to land a CDI position without experience? So far I've had zero luck

Just got a verbal from Oracle for a manager position and should be getting the official offer by EOW. When I got the verbal today she said “I don’t know if we’ll be able to get there but we may be able to get you 100K base”.. I’m seeing on Glassdoor and Comparably that the base is at 110 - 125… how should I bring this up or push for a higher base if it’s “the closest they can get?
