Hi fishes, Help me decide which one to go with.
Yoe: 12+
EY GDS: 25 lpa fixed Senior consultant Level 2
Conduent: 34lpa (no variable pay) Senior Manager C08
I'm not sure if EY can match the offer but I'm inclined towards Conduent as they're offering a better role.
Should I go with the big 4 with lower designation or a smaller company with a better role that suits my experience?
@conduent Accenture Deloitte Capgemini Xerox KPMG India PwC India
In EY GDS Are Counsellor and Manager Same ?
Bonus for employees on contract too in EY??

Yes the salary is good
But like you said recession and all are there so just check what did the company apply during corona and all.
2) the salary you are getting on ey is less I don't know what is the market standards for your service
But try to get a switch at a good brand value company ( just to safer in case of recession and all )
Try to switch in big 4 and see
Take the decision what suites you mostly .
Anyway with your experience you will get job for sure so nothing to worry.
All the best for future
I am not sure about your domain but don't you think you can get better CTC at this experience level? If yes, then you can probably try for better opportunities. Any chances of promotion at EY?
Iam into Presales and bid management but tagged to cyber here at EY.

As I remember you are the person who asked suggestion for SLK, and you’re awaiting promotion right?
What happened to your promotion?
Chief
Ah. As I guessed about this management.
And regarding SLK, as far as I’m concerned SLK is good company by seeing their services. Yes it’s a mid-level company, but that’s fine provided that you’re good at your skills.
Good luck.
The plan is to get the market correction done and leave in 1 year. I tried with big 4's. No company is willing to give me this much hike. Moreover slk is growing and is willing to invest in roles such as mine, which is in business development. It's a much needed risk I want to take but wanted to hear from the fishes here..
