I am a senior auditor trying to get out of public accounting and into industry.
I have two offers to consider and want some feedback on the companies/roles.

1) Wood Partners - private real estate company - mid sized - senior accountant role on the joint venture team

2) Rollins - public pest control company - large sized - senior accountant role in acquisitions

Like this if you hate tax and feel stuck right now with the pandemic so I know I'm not alone 😭😭😭 I wanna be a consultant so bad.. also if you have any recommendations or advice please go ahead

I want to work purely on automation testing

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

I’m not from an English speaking country but I am watching a tv show and businessmen walk into a room and instead of greeting eachother, everyone says each person’s first name in lieu of hi, however in my experience working in the states, I haven’t seen anyone do this, it’s always hi or good afternoon or some other greeting first THEN they say their first name. is it also appropriate to omit the greeting?
