Program manager = producer here
Producer = video producer
Art Buyer = stills producer
Don’t be afraid to interview the interviewer in your initial meeting with them. Try to source out what they expect in terms of ‘producer’ needs and current pain points in their processes and what kind of pipelines they use. That way you can do some research or prepare for future rounds of interviews and highlight relevant skills and experiences you have that qualify you.

Agree, it’s also to not pay competive or have someone doing both.

Read the job description & be prepared to answer what’s needed on the job description. Right now titles seem to be all over the place. Or look up other ppl on LinkedIn at the company with that title. Lots of hiring managers unfortunately, are just testing the temperature. You’ll know as well based on their questions.
Do you want to be a producer or project manager? If the description says anything about video, film, talent, SAG-AFTRA, or AICP, bidding/budgets, it’s for Production: (video/film/TV). If it has all the overlap areas like scopes, timelines, Smartsheet, Agile, whatever else all those waterfall softwares are, it’s not for a video producer.
