I am a working mother of 1 year old kid. After my maternity leave I joined a project . The project is so toxic they don’t allow you to take a leave. I work tirelessly for 12 hrs almost . I took my first leaves for the year and they compelled me to work. On death of my family member they compelled me to work on that day. They don’t allow employees to get released from the project.I am too stressed and struggling a lot . What to do in such situation? Any idea on how to get release/escape?
