Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Looking for a job is a full-time job. Stay focused, it will happen.
Landing that first job out of college is really difficult and honestly, you may need to settle a little just get land something and get that experience on the resume. You will also need to network some, so look around for events and people you can connect with on sites like LinkedIn
Have you been through an internship program before? It is really difficult to land an entry level job without having no experience at all. You should try applying online and onsite. Just before I graduated College I used to join social groups involved in a career of my choice. I attend conventions and socialize with people in the event, and I push in building my network. I eventually met my current employer in one of the events. I think you should do the same. it may require a little more effort but that's how it is. If it works for me, then it may work for you.
Look at an Engagement Financial Advisor position with Deloitte. They’re always hiring for those positions.
I applied to the EFA position already
Nice
Hi! You should include your internship program if you had one. Networking is really helpful, especially to fresh grads.
