Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. I’ve heard whisperings of a promotion or raise, but my workload is already too much, I don’t know if I’d want to accept more responsibility. Will an offer made in paper by one organization get revoked if a counter offer from other organisation is submitted to negotiate a better salary?

Hello everyone. So I am in a dilemma as to what should be my salary expectations. I have 3 years of experience and currently hold an offer of 8.6 lpa.
My skillset :
1. Java with selenium ( entire CI/CD process). So am familiar with Jenkins, Git , selenium grid and everything related to this project.
