I am currently working at Persistent Systems, where I joined three months ago. Recently, I received an offer from Boeing India, but they are offering a lower fixed annual amount, approximately 80,000.

Should I join Boeing India for its culture, work-life balance & employee benefits? I have only worked in consulting before, and transitioning to a product-based company would reshape my profile. Can I get some suggestions?
