How will we know? If you ok with taking risk and confident of finding a new job if you got fired, take that option.
If you have a family and job security is important and have loans etc don't take it up
There is nothing like Brand, As long as you have skillset and attitude to learn. You want to be one of the soldier from big army or part of Special force of small unit. Choice is upto you. (Already rejected Big4 offer reason being their tone was like they are better than other human being).
Exactly my point. The big brands hardly value you or appreciate you and has limited learning and growth while smaller ones give you more respect and appreciation. Plus you tend to get more leverage and flexibility in showcasing your skill. You learn more at startups and smaller companies than these big shots.
I mean if they're making a really good offer...I say go for it. The brand helps ofc, but you can always go back to it.
If you’re still in the beginning of your career, do give it a shot. And Capgemini is a decent brand at best, you’re not losing much.
Looking by your comments, I think you want to go and are looking for validation here. Not judging, just saying, and we all do that🙂. Do some due diligence about the startup, talk to your family and go ahead with your gut feeling buddy.
