1. Associate Advisor role at JPM Chase Atlanta 85k Base. No Commission or Sales. What type Of Annual Performance Bonus can I expect in this role?
2. Retirement Planner role at Fidelity in Houston (Remote) 70k Base 15k =100% Bonus w/Cap of 30k= 200% Bonus. *My Recruiter says Growth into a Senior/Director Planner role is easier @ Fidelity. Thoughts? Advice?

While true for A, not as much so for C -- I'm seeing more and more 3-year Cs that I don't consider 2 years a given anymore (C2 anxiously waiting to find out if I made SC from my counselor). Not sure about M but I know SM has a 3-year minimum progression listed out in the metrics spreadsheet before you can go up -- but the average is definitely longer than that (also, missing metrics for a year resets your 3-year clock)
3 years from sc to M
Also depends which practice.
3 is generally considered early M to SM.
