I am currently working in Deloitte USI and has accepted an offer from KPMG with 45% hike and a promotion. As this is my first move in my professional life, I just want to know is it okay to refuse the offer after accepting it, If I find any other offer? What can be the consequences?

Would you guys consider leaving for a role that offers a much higher base salary but no opportunities to advance? Got an offer that’s an 85% raise adjusted for cost of living. The work seems interesting and I like the company but it’s a smaller office so I basically couldn’t get promoted unless my boss retires or quits.
