I am having a hard time finding work, I have been looking for a job since Janurary and I have been falling short. I am a Mechanical Drafter with Fab shop Detail Expereince. I have bee in the field now for over 25 years. I can design from concept to full detail drawings for Aluminum, Sheet Metal, Audio/Visual, Custom Fab and Some knowledge in mill work. I know how to provide quality up to standard drawing sets that make any fab shop foreman's job 20 times easier.

Anyone have lemonade pet insurance? I’m confused by it, it says if I pay 18ish a month more, it covers vaccines, heart worm test, blood test etc but only up to a certain amount. So is it not 80% of my bill? Is another insurance company easier haha

I started out as a graphic designer. Worked for about 4yrs in different roles. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Like in 5-10 years I wouldn’t want to be a specialist or a ux director. I d like to be an art director or creative director. I love branding & marketing but also product. Would love something that allows me to do both?

Where do you keep your non-library original components in Figma? Do you put them to the side outside of a working frame, within its own “Components” page (like Sketch does for Symbols), or do you keep the original directly inside of one of your layouts?
