I am in negotiation stage with Rubrik for Production Engineer/SRE role and having 37lpa all fixed offer in hand which HR knows.
Role requires rotational night shift 11pm-7am every 2 weeks in 6 weeks and active incident management. I am 3YOE SRE at product company and top 5 IIT graduate in 2023.

P.S. I asked 48lpa fixed to which HR said ita significantly higher.

Pls help with this negotiation and RSU which are major chunk of compensation at Rubrik.
