35 L fixed + 2 L employer PF + 8 % variable pay + 2 L joining bonus

Band 30 for Lead Database engineer role

CCTC - 32 L ( 30.5 base + 1.5 variable pay )
YOE - 12.4 years

Is it a great offer ? Any suggestions please ?

Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I’ve brought this up a few times and was told HR would do research into salary equity, but the convo always fades. An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
