Very normal I'd say. I'd prefer front loading the interviews rather than them being spread weeks across like some firms do
It’s a sign that are a company that takes hiring seriously- and that’s a good thing!
I don't know if it's necessarily a sign that they take their hiring seriously and more that there is a lot of buy in needed before making a decision to extend an offer. Also I think the author is getting into that zone where too many more interviews without a decision (especially if spread across multiple days), should probably be considered a red flag.
They just want to have someone to talk to because they are bored
hhhh but I am anxious
Yes, absolutely normal :) good luck 🍀
To be honest, 4 rounds is light to normal. I’ve typically been through more
thanks
I know a big AM in Boston does that
thanks!
It is normal, especially for an important role/demanding company.
Definitely an energy suck, but it’s good because all of the conversations will be out of the way and they want to make a decision quick.
I had 7 for my analyst role at a consulting firm. Altho most were short calls
Some roles even have 6-7 rounds of interview. I guess you can also say that the role is important. But it usually depends on the company. You can do it! Best of luck!
