Hi all! I am on the hunt for a new nonprofit fundraising/development manager position in DC (or remote). Might anyone have a strong lead or an organization they would recommend? I currently work in this space and have experience fundraising and managing corporate, law firm, and foundation relationships. Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. HR said they will roll out the offer same day, already it's been 4 workings days since, still no sign of offer letter, although final HR round with compensation was completed and agreed. I called again yesterday, same reply that will get offer today, still no offer letter yet. I am also wondering, will I even get the letter or the HR just wants to delay intentionally.

I am back to working in person and I can tell my impulsivity is impacting how some coworkers view me. They don’t know, but I wonder if people feel I am weird. I know I can’t please everyone but I want to be neurotypical masking at the very least for 9-10 hours a day (8 hrs plus lunch and a lil before & after work).
