Designations and certifications are great if you need it for your current or potential future role.
I've seen people hired off the street getting better pay and titles just because they letters after their signatures. People I am actually training to do the same job I do.
Institutes has a "ARM to CPCU" path that cuts the number of tests to attain both down significantly. It's worth it to put to grind for a year or two to put yourself in a really good position to succeed.
Its always worth investing into yourself.
It adds to your credentials on your resume and makes you stand out versus other potential candidates for your next potential job. It rounds out your background. Some hiring manager will value your extra work in your career development.
Do it! CPCU and ARM, don’t question it ❤️
Everything is worth something. Depends what you want to do.
Did you get the certification?
