I am seeing a trend in Oracle fusion consultants for settling for low salaries. At 10 yrs of experience these buggers are settling for 20-35lpa salaries. What a shame . In2021 for 5.6 yrs of experience companies were offering 33-42lpa infront of me . And now I am seeing 9-10yrs experience resources are getting 48-65lpa because they stand strong on the negotiation. Why are you guys settling for low , working for pennies when you can live a great life if you stand for yourselves?

I have put down my papers, but suddenly I'm feeling I'm making a mistake by moving into a startup, because I see people with the same experience are joining MAANG, I should've waited and tried hard?

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

I work in a sucky IBM cic, making $54k. It’s a full time job with regular benefits and vacation etc, it’s working with government clients. The job isn’t what I applied for & constantly changes. I don’t like that, but I’m a full time employee which is “stable employment”. Btw, I’m in the DC area.

I just got hired for a government contract through Accenture for a Business Analyst role. Pay is $65 per hour. 3 year contract. Benefits too. No PTO. Holidays off with pay, after 90 days.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
