I am the business and accounting manager (volunteer role) for a local sports league classified as a 501c3 we are considering being a fiscal sponsor for two smaller sports clubs with a diversity emphasis who do not have a 501c3 status in order to allow them to fundraise for the purpose of attending an international competition. Are there any downsides to this? I don’t have a background in non for profit accounting at my day job.

I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me. But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be. Hi All, Just finished the process with Alix tech & Digital practice (VP) and A&M PEPI (SA) and got an offer from Alix and waiting for the salary details from A&M. I wanted to know your thoughts regarding the salary expectations for A&M (Their HR didn’t flinch when I asked a salary +15K more than Alix in base)? Do you think they can offer that in PEPI ?
