If you've got a lot of deadlines, try to prioritize them. It's possible some could be extended, or you could delegate tasks to coworkers. Don't let your work make you too tired, that can risk your health. It's just a job, your wellbeing is more important, to be honest.
My advice is to turn "work mode" off for a lil (this could be a day or two and maybe that will help?) I know when I work a lot it becomes a lot
That’s very smart. I guess a lot of people say it’s burn out. Thank you for the advice.

When deadlines pile up it gets really hard to see where a break fits in. Sometimes even taking a short day or blocking off a little time helps reset things a bit. Constant pressure without a pause eventually catches up to anyone.
Thanks for the reminder. I’ll have to get away from the computer at noon today.

Try asking for support from your colleagues or manager. If your workload is too much for you there's no point continuing to struggle alone in silence.
I’m the only director of operations. My team members under me don’t understand a lot of things. I’m not too sure why they’re in their position. My DM I don’t know exactly what he knows because he always tells me he’s busy doing something else. I’ve been with this company for a year and a half and the pay is nice but everything else is not well organized.

I’d see if I could rearrange some projects to accommodate the time you need off. Or ask your colleagues to lend a hand. Doesn’t hurt to try.
Talk to your boss, sooner than later. Give them some dates you're thinking of and see which will work best with all the deadlines. Don't wait on having that conversation. You're already burnt out; if you delay taking your time off, you won't have any energy to enjoy it.
