I just want to know as per the current market is that a Reasonable Package for someone with SAP Integration suite ,API Management with 3.6 Yr of experience.

I was interviewed for a company and everything went well. When asked about my expectations, I gave them a number.
After that they did not call me back and when I reached them. They are saying they have concerns over salary and currently checking on other candidates. They said its not rejected but they will get back.

I haven't received any interview calls been 2-3 months now, my profile itself is not getting shortlisted for some reason. My NP-90 days in Naukri and LinkdIN. I get some calls from HR asking about my details but then they say I will talk to my tech lead and get back to you if your resume get shortlisted.

Sigh... Situation is messed up atm. Not sure how to make my first career switch.

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. I am just unsure whether to accept the offer as I was waiting for kpmg reply as I want B4 on my resume which apparently is a big deal. Is BT also good on resume for future employers ??

What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? Is it worth studying REST-assured automation. I have 2+ yrs exp as a QA engg particularly in UI automation using Java and Selenium.

Just FYI, we integration developers have very good market value currently. Many projects in hand but less number of resources All the organizations are dying to find resources for their projects. Whoever trying to switch you can ask the package YOE*3, you will get it for sure and HRs are not bothering about 90days notice period. This is our time, make use of it.
