Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

Anyone lateraled at the 2-4 year mark from boutique (40ish lawyers, corporate lit work on same level as biglaw, making top NY pay) to v100? Can you say anything about the experience? I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired. Just FYI, we integration developers have very good market value currently. Many projects in hand but less number of resources All the organizations are dying to find resources for their projects. Whoever trying to switch you can ask the package YOE*3, you will get it for sure and HRs are not bothering about 90days notice period. This is our time, make use of it.

Will CPI rule like PO in the future? Or some other integration platform?
