I am working as etl tester in hcl. I have received an offer from Infosys for Job Level 5 (qa lead role). I have 5 years of total experience and I don't have any lead experience.

In infosys, even though associates of 5 years experience are given lead role in offer letter, will they be working as senior testers in projects or given lead position in projects?

I’m a SPED teacher, & my principals ALWAYS seem to visit my room as soon as I give my student(s) a break from their work or when they’ve finished early everything I had planned. I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.
