I am working on Application layer of AUTOSAR but in market most jobs are related to Base AUTOSAR. Also I have no exposure to COM STACK or EBTressos.
Any tips on how to get into BSW AUTOSAR role ?

Looking to transition from an experineced(more than 7 years) automation and manual tester to a python full stack developer , looking for guidance about the path .... job market(including freelancing option) ,job position to target , potential struggles , courses or any other potential resources !

Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin.
