i appeared for techno managerial round, i ans most of the theory questions then he ask coding question and it was same that i have practiced from chatgpt then i wrote in same way so interviewer told you are copying from chatgpt but i was not doing it then he ask me to write in other way so write code but ans was not correct then at last i tried to clarify that i have practice this from ChatGPT so he told let it be.

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
