Not sure, could you go for the first round and see if things have changed?
Hm I would go ahead with your interview and add that for your questions prepared you have for them
“I have done my research of this company and have come across negative reviews of the company, particularly from former female engineers. Is this something that has been taken taken into consideration by the company? (to improve the experience for female employees working in these roles)”
Only a suggestion above but I would definitely raise that as a question of your own. See what they say
I'm thinking asking them this, I'm interested if they made any changes.
I would let them know you're no longer interested. Nothing wrong with changing your mind, but I would always want an email letting me know I didn't get the position, so I try to provide that in return.
I would just tell them you don't want to proceed.
