I attended 4th April Walk in drive for .net + Azure developer

I have cleared both L1 and L2 rounds and now Waiting for HR round and salary discussion.

One thing I found little strange for same position all kinds of experience people were present people with 4 yoe, 12 yoe, even 15 yoe.

I have just 4 yoe, and my current CTC is 12 LPA, offer in hand : 14.3 LPA, I have asked for 18 LPA.

How much I can expect from them? Do they provide this much of CTC to yoe dev?

I do okay, but definitely have to take on more litigation than I prefer. I was thinking estate planning might be a good addition to the mix.
