I believe there are close to 100 people on the bench in Citiustech, are they maintaining bench strength for attracting new projects ? I know people working on internal projects from the last 3-4 months, but still I am not sure if they have their job at stake or not. Any one who can comment on the current scenario of CT project? Apart from this is it true that this time appraisals will not be as good as last year ?

Service based companies tend to have bench strength to fetch projects, but in this Market the people on bench for long and NPAs / APAs will be laid off

Average Performing Asset ( People with not so good or poor feedback )
I am tagged to a project not on the bench.
Not 100 , in QA talent pool itself there are almost 200 resources on bench. No idea about bench count of developers and other roles.
Citiustech has started mass layoff. Each Thursday people are receiving ping or call from HR saying Friday is their last working day and will be given 3months basic.
They have already told people on bench to start searching outside, if there is any offer in hand the HRs are ready to release in 2days.
People have been fired just at the time of appraisals as well, citius is not the same as it was before. Many things have changed.

Very pathetic job.
I have also heard people not getting their salary after 40 days of fnf settlement , is this true ? And what about the relieving letter ? Does anyone have any idea ?
