I believe your attitude plays a huge role, especially when overemployed. If you are mean or rude to your colleagues, they may not offer assistance. If you are kind or supportive, they may approach you to help, which, in turn, makes completing tasks by the deadline much easier.

Even if J1 & J2 are remote, do you agree (or not) that your attitude towards others makes a difference in your success?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day.
