Hi!
For sure it does. Your great attitude might also inspire others to improve their attitudes too.

Hi! This is very true! A good morale, by team or department, benefits everyone and makes for a positive work environment.
Attitude can matter a lot. Sometimes, especially if you're working remotely, you don't have much call to interact with people, so it's not a factor. But it's always true that people prefer to work with people who are easy to get along with. So just being friendly and upbeat, even moderately so, can play to your benefit. If you seem to have a lousy attitude, that will come across and people will just be less likely to want to deal with you. So that can close off future work.

Agreed - One can get more bees with honey!
I definitely agree. I think just in general your attitude and how you carry yourself really does make a difference in how your day to day goes. Its better to be kiind and helpful and I find that having a postiive attitude is very important.

Thank you! I also believe that attitude is a true measure of a person. A positive one helps the newly hired staff understand that productivity goes hand-in-hand with a healthy (and happy) environment.
Yes it absolutely does. I was treated like crap on my last job towards the end after putting in so many hard hours etc. But during my time on the assignment there were 2 evil females that you can tell favorite one another and always put me out to be the bad guy. I always was willing to help and ones of the others was always calling off clocking out early but yet always got credit for doing the work. I got fed up with it and started to slack off and not work as hard. I finally confronted them about showing favoritism of course they denied it and turned it around on me that it was my imagination but it was right there in black and white and towards the end the one female always off work ran to the BOSS making me the BAD GUY.... How you treat a person even if it's remote has a great deal how your attitude changes and what effort you want to put into your task treat me equally not as if I don't exist or belong. That's why it's called TEAM WORK

I can understand what you are saying. If I had a penny for each time I was "teamed up" with someone only concerned about themselves or continually throwing people under the bus to make them look good and throw shade on you, I would always be retired. Confidence is one thing, but arrogance is something else.
