I can see that Deloitte USI & India is hiring a lot of SAP consultants.
I have been applying to both through portals and references for past 2 months but still no calls from TA team.
I have quite the relevant experiences and knowledge of SAP implementations highlighted in resume and also have been approached by other big3 which are also hiring in mass right now.

Any insights as if Deloitte has stopped hiring or is there any chance of being approached soon considering the volume of applications?

I am happy to join CTS but very much worried about the attrition rate of cognizant recently.

Note - The first offer in the process was from Accenture and they are ready to offer 18 LPA Fixed + 3.5 Var after Revision

Please help me to choose between Accenture and cognizant

Recently switched jobs and had several thousand available to rollover into my new 401K. Also just got married/had a wild bachelor party/overspent on honeymoon, which led to me having about the same amount in high interest credit card debt.
