I am networking, getting referrals, have good education, good experience, am a Canadian citizen, am told I have a good resume but continue to he screened out. Today I was told by the hiring manager who literally wanted me to get an interview that the recruiter recommended I not be interviewed due to lack of yrs of experience (since when do recruiters get to tell the hiring manager who to interview anyways). Fyi job required 4 yrs exp and i got 6.
