Had a bad showing for case interview about a month ago. I knew the material i just straight up had a bad day. Took feedback in exit interview and feel prepared to reapply for a different role with no cool off time… should I still wait or shoot my shot?
Asking as I am curious if my app will be flagged as I just applied to another role recently.EY-Parthenon

From technology perspective what you are doing is wrong. Just think practically, what are you learning when u r jumping for every 1yr. You need to stay atleast for 2-2.5yrs to gain sound experience in your technology.
If you are a person for whom money is the only concern then whatever you are doing is right. But going to EY from pwc is a very bad decision since EY is lower than pwc. If at all you are jumping go to deloitte and atleast jump if you are offered 15-17lpa. Why will you even jump for 1-2L difference. Not discouraging you, just sharing from my experience. You are the decision maker, all the best
Understood and completely agreed with you but the thing is here also from last 1yr am in a support/enhancement project and Deloitte is giving 15fix they are saying they can’t give more than 50% and learning I myself do like no matter how the project is how long I stay in company I learn almost everyday some or the other thing that’s why being in a Support project also I managed to clear 4 company interviews in DUSI KPMG EY Infosys.
What do you suggest what should I do ? Should I join DUSI ?

Without thinking join deloitte usi. Pay offered is good. Good benefits like well being allowance, free smart phone, 2 weeks shutdown in December and just 2 days wfo. Your learning curve will be high in deloitte because thats the kind off culture is being adopted here. But don't expect work life balance from here. For your age, this would be the best choice to work here for the next 3 years for a great exposure. Having both pwc and deloitte on resume for your future will be great value. Also you can definitely ask for joining bonus which they will give.
Btw whats your technology and Designation offered here
